SMS Terms & Conditions

Program
Oregon Weed Wash LLC operates an SMS program ("Oregon Weed Wash Dispatch") to send operational text messages to our contracted operators and subcontractors, including deployment offers, dispatch notifications, demobilization reminders and paperwork reminders.
How operators opt in
Operators provide their mobile number and consent to receive these messages by checking an unchecked consent box on our operator application form, and in the operator portal after approval. The consent language reads:
"I agree to receive operational text messages from Oregon Weed Wash LLC at the mobile number provided, including deployment offers, dispatch notifications, and demobilization and paperwork reminders. Consent is not a condition of working with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Consent is optional and is never a condition of applying to, or working with, Oregon Weed Wash LLC. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and manually sent SMS messages from us at the number you provided.

Message frequency varies based on deployment activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Oregon Weed Wash LLC does not charge for these messages.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may continue to receive non-SMS communications, such as email.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
